According to the schedule you choose, the guide will pass through your hotel to, along with the rest of the group, go to the top of SANTA CRUZ Island.
After about 35 minutes, we will reach our first place of visit, which is the RANCHO DE TORTUGAS, where we can enjoy a pleasant walk in a forest of trees and plants typical of the area. We will also see small lagoons formed by the rains, where the giant turtles rest and feed on the green vegetation in the surroundings of the ranch. Then we will continue on the bus to our second place of visit, which are the LAVA TUNELES, naturally formed by the process of volcanic eruptions thousands of years ago. With the erosion of the land over the years, these tunnels were discovered.
To finish the tour, the bus will take us to our last point of visit, which are the GEMELOS. They are crater sinking formed by a series of eruptions when the islands were still active. This is the only place with climbing forests and where you can see the witch bird, as well as other birds such as lettuce and pinches, and endemic vegetation of the islands. Then we'll return to PUERTO AWAY.
